In the last 4 months they have lost 7 transactions all in excess of 1000 R.0. they have found 6 of them but one is still outstanding from Nov 19th. They have also made an unauthorized debit from my account from an internal HSBC terminal. customer services will only send automated messages. Disgusting for an international banking institution.
